Within, CNS Operations Supply chain organization, we have a position for the role of Business Process and Transformation Manager under the unit of Industrialization and Supply Readiness (ISR). The ISR organization is responsible for enablement readiness for offering and ordering of CNS SW, HW, Care and Services, and for ensuring that end-to-end supply chain is in place throughout the product life cycles.  The key functional areas are – Portfolio Industrialization managing the orderability setup and offering/ordering configurator tools, Supply Chain Readiness managing the supply delivery capability setup and processes, Trade and ECC support management, Business Process and Transformation Management, and BU Practice & Performance Management.
As Business Process Transformation Manager, you will be responsible to lead project plans, define and document required processes and updates to the process, and drive the concept work with definition of requirements across the Supply Chain organization. Currently we are looking for a lead for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model capability setup and process transformation for the CNS supply chain Offer to Cash value chain.

As part of our team, you will:

  • You will work with leaders and cross-functional teams in CNS organization, participating in CNS level transformation projects, bringing Supply Chain requirements to the projects, and planning and implementing the changes in Supply Chain
  • You will maintain effective stakeholder communication and engagement towards the projects and Supply Chain interfaces throughout the project
  • You understand existing Supply Chain processes to be able to review the existing processes, resources, and systems to propose and lead improvements
  • As Business Process Transformation Manager for SaaS business model, you will participate in defining and implementing a new delivery model for CNS. You will be responsible to define, update and manage L3 and L4 processes affecting SaaS Supply chain processes
  • You will work closely with SaaS Business Operations, Business Units, Finance & Control, Global Trade Management, and Process Organizations, analyzing requirements and options for a compliant End-to-End Supply Chain process for SaaS for current, interim, and future processes and tools
  • You will be responsible for capability setup, knowledge transfer to the SaaS implementation teams within the Supply Chain and successful implementation for all SaaS enabled CNS products to ensure successful execution of Offer to Cash for CNS SaaS customer opportunities

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Project & Stake holder Management
  • Process & Transformation Management
  • Worked with or have ERP system knowledge (SAP)
  • Supply Chain experience in similar roles minimum of 3 years

It would be nice if you also had:

  • SaaS experience
  • Offer to Cash process knowledge
  • End-to-End supply chain process awareness
  • Nokia Create process / Product Life Cycle Management knowledge
  • Product Master Data management experience
