Communication Team Support – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time project management and operations jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. As a Techology Center Communication Team Support, you will be a part of the team which is responsible for events and communication in TC Bydgoszcz and TC Wroclaw. We are looking for a person, who will actively and creatively contribute to projects owned by the TC Office Team.
Position: Communication Team Support
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong)
Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz
Date: 1.03.2025 – 28.02.2026 (possibility to prolong)
Education Recommendations: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will: 

• Assist in organizing impactful events and projects.
• Support our communication channels by creating engaging content.
• Conduct comprehensive desk research to gather relevant information that will support TC Office Team projects.
• Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
• Collect and maintain project documentation.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• An active student status (ideally in area related to Communications, Marketing or Business Administration).
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work from the office in Bydgoszcz.
• Experience with MS Office 365 tools.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship-building abilities.
• Perfect planning skills and experience in event organization.
• Experience in copywriting or external communication (promotional materials, social media posts, press releases etc.).
• Interest in photography (especially event photography).

It would be nice if you also had: 

• Experience with graphic programs and tools.
