Position: Summer Trainee – Process Automation Engineer (Bydgoszcz)
Duration: 3 months, Bydgoszcz
Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025
Education Recommendations: Computer Science, Data Science or similar
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As a Summer Trainee in the Fixed Networks team you will:
- gain general knowledge of Fixed Network solutions, Broadband, different PONs (Passive Optical Network) types implementation
- Gain knowledge about FTTx network rollout processes and Nokia FTTx solutions
- get practical experience with configuring different process automation tooling used in Nokia
- get practical experience with creation of automated MS PowerBI dashboards
- get ability to make research and real project implementation of MS PowerApps and MS Power Automate solutions
- work with the mentor and the team on different projects
- maintain documentation in English
We work with:
- Nokia process automation tooling
- MS PowerBI and Power Automate
- Programming languages: JavaScript, VBA script
- Next generation technologies
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Ready to work full-time during the summer time
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- problem solving and analytical skills
- min. 1-2 years of academic background
- team-player attitude
It would be nice if you also had:
- basic programming skills (i.e. JavaScript)
- knowledge of MS PowerBI, PowerApps or Power Automate
