Archivist – Working Student

Working Student – Archivist is a one-month long paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your career! As our Working Student you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field.  #OpenToYou

You will support our Team with archiving the inventory and disposing the documents according to the State Archives instructions.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our Team you will be responsible for:

• Completing inventory and preparing for disposal as per State Archives instructions.
• Preparing disposal documentation according to the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage regulation of October 20, 2015.
• Collaborating with the Bydgoszcz State Archives.
• Preparing documentation compliant with the October 20, 2015 Ministry of Culture and National Heritage regulation.

Qualifications

You have:

• an active student status
• good attention to details
• availability to work in the office in Bydgoszcz
• availability to work around 15-20 hours per week
