Position: Project Management – Summer Trainee
Duration: 3 months
Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz
Date: 1.07.2025-30.09.2025
Education Recommendations: Project Management or related field

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of our team, you will:
- Learn about IP and Optical Solutions & tools
- Get experience in project planning and execution
- improve your knowledge about technical documentation
- Work with mentor & team on your own project
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Active student status (for at least one year)
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time during the summer time period
- Min. 1-2 years of academic background
- Good understanding of technical documents written in English (networking and programming related)
- Understanding of project planning and execution
- Familiarity and willingness to learn more about global delivery model and international environment
- Reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
- Good skills using Microsoft Office Package
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Team-player attitude
It would be nice if you also had:
- More than moderate Excel & Visio skills
- Understanding of ITIL framework
